RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a 100% guarantee that if you are in any way not happy with the goods you have ordered we will exchange them or give you a full refund within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. We accept return and exchange requests for products in their original and unused condition for a period of 48 hours from the time of receipt.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not have been damaged during the time the product is in your possession, including up until we receive the product.

You must notify us within 2 days of taking delivery of your product and request a return under this policy. If there is no proof of the delivery date it will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the product.

The product must be returned to us within 14 business days of your request to return your product.

You must return the product at your own cost and you must comply with the directions for returning the product that our staff provide to you. The product will remain your responsibility during transit until they are received at the address supplied by our staff. We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us so that we can confirm the mailing address. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. However if you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@slantboardguy.com.
